I have a faulty product, who should I contact?

Please contact us so that we can help you troubleshoot any issues with your purchase. If it is defective and was purchased within 30 days from us we will issue an RMA number for its return or exchange. Please refer to our returns policy for complete details. If the item is beyond the return or exchange period we will assist you to find a local service center for its warranty service and/ or repair.
